We retain access-code request records (name, email, company, phone, IP, timestamps, ToS acceptance) for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Data entered into the Demo itself may be purged at any time without notice.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
